Limited Client Warranty Information

The following Limited Client Warranty Information describes UltraTech’s standard limited warranty.

What Do the Warranties Cover?

Our warranties cover defects caused by non-human factors in material or workmanship in UltraTech sales products. Only UltraTech clients who purchase products directly from UltraTech may obtain coverage under our limited warranties.

All warranties are restricted and defined per the market region in which the product was purchased.

What Is Not Covered Under the Warranties?

Our warranties do not cover any problems caused by:

  • (a) Shock, heat, or humidity beyond product specifications.
  • (b) Improper installation, operation, or unauthorized modification.
  • (c) Malfunctions caused by other equipment.
  • (d) Any misuse contrary to the instructions in the user manual.
  • (e) Dismantled products, damaged labels, or any alterations, including the removal of any component—these conditions void the limited warranty.
  • (f) The product warranty remains valid only if there is no burning, sampling, or physical damage.
